I previously served as a Chief Administrative Officer, where I was responsible for overseeing municipal operations, supporting infrastructure projects, and contributing to funding and grant initiatives in a complex, real-world environment.
My work has involved coordinating across multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and helping move projects forward under pressure. I understand what it takes to operate effectively when resources are limited, timelines are tight, and decisions matter.
